ABOUT
Mark Stacey is the Vice President of Risk and Resilience Solutions at Dragos, where he leads external initiatives at the intersection of cybersecurity, insurance, and legal markets. In this role, he shapes market-facing offerings that drive OT risk transfer, enable partner-led resilience strategies, and help critical infrastructure organizations prepare for and respond to cyber threats — aligning technology, governance, and financial risk.
At Dragos, Mark previously served as Director of Strategy for 6 years, led the creation of a dedicated Public Sector subsidiary managing organizational and technical accreditations, and was a founding member establishing the company’s Global Professional Services business unit.
He is also a faculty member at Boise State University, where he teaches CORe 552: Cyber Digital and Signal Intelligence as part of the Master of Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience program. Outside of cybersecurity, Mark is the founder of Next Adventure Woodcraft, a personal creative project that combines woodworking and outdoor exploration.
Mark began his career in digital forensics and incident response before transitioning into cross-sector growth and technical strategy roles. Prior to joining Dragos, he spent seven years with the U.S. Department of Energy conducting cyber and intelligence analysis, followed by five years at RSA delivering incident response, threat hunting, and forensic services across critical sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Idaho and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Intelligence and Digital Forensics from Utica College, along with multiple SANS certifications and the CISSP.
