ABOUT
Mark Stacey is the Director of Strategy at Dragos. He started his career in digital forensics and incident response before focusing on rapid growth strategies within new markets. His mixed background in technical and business optimization enables him to drive practical solutions.
At Dragos, he coordinated and deployed Professional Services worldwide before focusing on strategic cross-organizational projects.​ Mark manages strategic partnerships with the cyber insurance industry and the creation of a Public Sector subsidiary. Mark coordinated technical product and organization accreditations as part of this subsidiary and now serves as a founding board member.

Mark is an instructor at Boise State University for the Master of Science Cyber Operations and Resilience (CORe) program. He designed and teaches CORE 552 Cyber Digital and Signal Intelligence.
He is also the founder of Next Adventure Woodcraft (link).

Prior to Dragos, Mark spent 7 years with the Department of Energy (DOE) performing cyber and intelligence analysis before joining RSA’s Incident Response team where he was responsible for incident management, threat hunting, and forensic professional services.
​
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Idaho and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Intelligence and Digital Forensics from Utica College. He has multiple SANS certifications and his CISSP.
